Friendly staff, new couch, and bed in the rooms, but I need to mention that the couch was a bit tough even with the extra topper. Enough space in the rooms for all of our luggage. Transport to the cable car 🚡 was great. there is no need to carry your equipment for 15 min to get there.

Really very good hotel, very very clean, everywhere - room, spa, pool, restaurant. Staff is very friendly and trying to help, except 1 accident when handyman came to our apparent and opened it without asking with his key... So I think we had to put the do not disturb badge everytime except we want them to clean. 3room apparent is very comfortable, 3 separate rooms with doors, 2 toilets. No cooking option there. Only microwave. Very very little fridgider(aka minibar) , but enough for several bottles and some small box. No window and balcony security grill. We were at August, we really like cold and we didn't need air-conditioner, it was cold enough in 2nd floor on mountain view. There is river there and very loud river noise (we liked it very much!). Breakfast - 3 type of egs, vegetables, sausages, bread, 4 types of cheese, coffee machine, apple and orange juice (didn't like it), 1 type of yogurt, cornflakes, but no any dish of boiled cereals. Evening - we did not like, no buffet and not from the menu, we eat outside at evening. Pool really good, water is 1.4m and 31-33 degree, kid's pool 0.7m. 3 types of saunas. Kids club is very big and has many toys! Relax massage was good. Massages are after lunch only(after 13:00 or 15:00). Around the hotel nothing interesting except very beautiful nature. 15-20 min walking to the center.

Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. Upon our arrival the room was perfectly clean. We stayed at a 2 bedroom suite - it was very spacious with a separate living room and kitchen which had everything you need. There’s a. small stream next to the hotel which you can hear from the room, it added an extra special touch to our nature getaway. The grounds of the hotel were very well maintained, with a big kids room and excellent Spa. The location of the hotel was perfect - surrounded by nature, with no traffic or walking people noises. All I could hear is the small stream next to the hotel and birds. The downtown was a 20 min walk which was just right for the ability to be away from the city noise. The gondola lift was a 10 min walk. We had breakfast in our package and for dinner we wanted to explore the local restaurants - which have a lot to offer. Breakfast was presented very well with high quality ingredients, everything was very tasty and they had espresso machines available for a good morning kickstart. Beds and pillows were comfy for a good night sleep. I’d def return to this hotel. Good job!

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. The rooms were big and clean. The stuff were polite and mostly helpful. The breakfast was quite good and had a nice variety of food. The hotel has a good variety of facilities - the pool was nice and big, and the children's and games rooms are a good place to keep the children entertained for a good amount of time. Also, the bicycles are a very nice addition for people who like cycling.

The location was very good..15 minutes walk to Gondola and 10 minutes into town for ski hire shops, bars and restaurants. The spa area was very good; the pool was warm with the provision of a sauna, steam and jacuzzi, with no additional cost. Breakfast was included which had a good variety of hot and cold traditional fare. The evening restaurant menu for those not on full board, was good value for money and the standard was easily 9/10 for quality. The apartment had a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge, which was great as I was travelling with my Son and thus we both had our own space and privacy. The apartment also had cooking facilities, fridge, microwave and utensils In all, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite in all areas of the hotel. The hotel offered transport too and from the Gondola also.

Almost everything - clean, located at the quiet outskirts Bansko, near the nature, 5-7 min walk to several restaurants, 5 min riding to the center, great view from the balcony, very cute playground outside including hammocks, good breakfast, clean pool, comfortable working hours of spa and kids club. It was 2nd time we are visiting this hotel, and I like the way it is getting better and much more kids friendly!! Animation, kids food for breakfast. Very welcoming staff on reception, everyone there. There was an issue with the apartment that we received at 1st night, and I asked to move, but they were fully booked, but still they did it, so next morning we received a perfect one.

We had a spacious double room apartament which was accommodating our needs pretty good, good heating and clean! The hotel has many activities to offer including a small gym, heated swimming pool, sauna, which are free of charge! Staff is helpful and much nicer than elsewhere! They do a pretty good job at keeping the hotel clean!

The pool is good with warm water around 28 degrees. There is good sauna , wet sauna (hamam) and aroma sauna (which is pritty like the same as the regular one) the Spa is closing at 20:00 which is pritty early. The breakfast is standart. A river that passes nearby the hotel.

Great location for both relaxation (dreat view) and ski (close to the the gondola). Big apartment - very comfortable for our family of 4. Breakfast was great and food we ordered in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was very tasty. Pool was warm and nice. The staff is amazing - always smiling and helpful and so good with the kids.

The stuff was very polite. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of things to choose from. The appartment was neat and spacious. Our request to be next to our friend family appartment was taken into account. The SPA is good. There is a nice garden with hammocks in the backyard and a volleyball net which we used for featherball :)
